About

A builder and a scaler.

I'm Victor, a growth marketer based in Barcelona. I'm not afraid to start from scratch.

Story

At Review Collect I was the first marketing hire. I rebuilt the website, built multi-language SEO in French, English and Spanish (600+ pages indexed), ran the paid campaigns, and built the machine behind outbound: a pipeline that scrapes and enriches prospects, then personalises and sends to each one by segment.

I connected HubSpot to all of it and automated the rest, down to a pitch deck generated for every demo booked. That took inbound from 0 to about 20 leads a month.

Before that I ran SEO, paid and CRM for about 7 enterprise clients at Arneo (Mantu Group), and spent four years on B2B SEO at SFR Business. On the side I co-founded Tom and Waty, and I now build my own tools and Versai Studio.

Principles

How I think about growth.

01

Build, don't brief

I ship the channel myself: the page, the sequence, the campaign, the tracking. Less hand-off, more learning.

02

Prove, then scale

Nothing gets budget before it shows a signal. What works gets automated. What doesn't gets cut.

03

Make it run without me

I write things down and automate the repeatable parts, so the system outlives my attention.

04

Honest numbers

I only show numbers I can explain. When something didn't work, I say so and say what I changed.

Experience

Six years across the funnel.
