Outbound & CRM

I built the outbound machine at Review Collect: a pipeline that scrapes and enriches prospects, then personalises and sends to each one by segment. I connected HubSpot to all of it and automated nurturing, lost deals and churn. Sales get the full lead context and a deck ready for each demo.

What I do

What this looks like.

01

Prospect data pipeline

I scrape target domains with Apify and Python, then enrich each prospect with the fields needed to write a real first line. Data goes in clean, so messages are not generic.

02

Personalisation by segment

Each segment has its own sequence and angle. Prospects are enrolled automatically in the right Emelia campaign, so nobody gets the wrong message.

03

Deliverability

Sending domains, mailboxes and warmup are managed with Zapmail. I watch bounces and replies, because a burned domain costs weeks.

04

HubSpot as the source of truth

Deals, contacts, lists and properties are structured so every channel feeds the same place. Sales find the lead's history without asking marketing.

05

Nurturing, lost deals, churn

Automations follow leads that are not ready, wake up lost deals and react to churn signals. Slow leads are not forgotten.

06

A deck for every demo

When a demo is booked through Cal.com, a pitch deck for that prospect is generated. Sales walk in prepared, and I don't build it by hand.

FAQ

Common questions.

  • Yes, if the list is good and the message is specific. Bad lists and generic copy are what fail. I put the effort in data and segments, not in volume.
