01 / Context
Web3 communities love their mascots. They want fun images to share, but few have a designer. Tom gives them a simple way to make those images.
02 / What I did
I co-founded Tom and led growth. The tool lives in Telegram, where these communities already are. I handled the launch, the community and the partnerships from scratch with a small budget.
03 / Result
Tom reached 400+ users and 15 partners. It taught me how to launch a product with almost no budget and to rely on communities.
